- $40 for Non-Elephant Club Member
- $275 for Table of 10 reserved by a Club Member
- $400 for Table of 10 reserved by a Non-Club Member
- Membership costs $100/year, and includes the cost of the first meal.

Time: Meet & Greet and Registration begins at 11:30; Luncheons begin promptly at 12:00 and end promptly at 1:00 pm.
